Mass Notification System FAQ
When Schools/Districts use Mass Notification Systems to engage with their community, it is better to continue using this tool as everyone already expects to receive information in this way. Smore has therefore created a feature which makes it possible to embed newsletters straight into Schools/District's Mass Notification Systems.
The Mass Notification Export is currently only available to users on our Smore for Teams Account. A Team Account enables teams to create newsletters, share templates, and communicate consistently. Sound interesting?
Where can I find the Mass Notification System Export tool?
After you finish creating your Smore newsletter, click ' Publish Newsletter'.
On the right of the newsletter you will see the white 'share your newsletter' promoter box with an orange button titled 'Share on Mass Notification System'.
How to export your newsletter to your mass notification system:
2. Click Copy HTML code
Copy this HTML code into your Mass Notification System's messaging system and see the newsletter embed.
