teacher appreciation week

Our teachers work hard to gift your child with much more than academics. They are nurses and counselors, cheerleaders and parents. They love your kids and will do just about anything to help them feel success.

This week we have a special opportunity to recognize the dedication and commitment of your child's teachers. Thank you for taking a moment to honor the people who spend so many hours both in school and away from our building thinking of and planning for your child.

Teachers give us so much. And though we know we can’t ever thank them enough, we can take a moment during National Teacher Week to share our appreciation for the special educators in our lives.

Join NEA and the National PTA in saying “Thank You” on social media and you could win a $100 gift card to give to your favorite teacher. Find full details here.

Purple feet, sent home in Friday Folders, are displayed in the cafeteria reminding us of the reason to walk. It's not too late to make a donation and send in feet with the names of people that you honor or remember in the fight against cancer.

Parents are invited to enjoy a beautiful day and cheer for the children during their walk on Friday.
