Examples of cyberbullying are mean text messages or emails, rumors sent by email or posted on a social networking site, and embarrassing pictures, videos, websites, of fake profiles.

  • Cyberbullying can happen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and even reach someone when they are alone. It can happen any time of day or night.
  • Messages and images can be posted anonymously and distributed quickly to a very wide audience.
