Happy Chalk...

Thank you to Benjamen for spreading kindness with chalk. And thank you to all the first-grade families for the inspirational notes drawn on our sidewalk. It makes everyone smile. If you would like to join in and help spread kindness, Bejamen's family has left chalk at the front door of the school for others to use.

Alternative Giving Market

The Alternative Giving Market of the Palouse has gone online this year. Alternative Giving Market of the Palouse (AGMP) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide joy during the holiday season by giving residents of the Palouse a meaningful alternative to holiday gift-giving and an opportunity to support local nonprofits. Go to this link to support your choice of 26 different organizations this holiday: https://agmpalouse.org/.

Virtual Bookfair

PPCS is hosting a virtual Scholastic Bookfair! Now through Dec. 14, you can shop for books at https://www.scholastic.com/bf/palouseprairieschool . Purchases are shipped directly to your home in time for the Holidays and book only orders over $25 will ship free. Best of all, every purchase you make directly benefits our school in the form of new books for classroom libraries.

Road Closure Tomorrow

PPCS and Bloom: "Healthy at Home" + pay it forward!

Moscow restaurant "Bloom" just launched a brand new "Healthy at Home" prepared meal service, which includes a pay it forward incentive.

Customers can buy a “Healthy at Home” meal, select “Feed a Family” and then choose Palouse Prairie Charter School as the recipient. Bloom will match it with a meal for a family in need at our school. Bloom will deliver the donated meals to PPCS on Fridays or Monday, to be given to families in our school community experiencing food insecurity.

The meals are healthy, made from scratch, and require minimal effort for a nice dinner. If you would like to participate in this program, just order your meal online, select the "Healthy at Home" program, and be sure to designate PPCS as your school.
