ENV LLC Peer Leaders
2013-2014
Hello!
I hope that you are having a great summer and are getting prepared for the excitement and challenges of being an ENV Living Learning Peer Leader 2013-2014 academic year. I am really looking forward to working with you this year. You are a key member of the Living Learning Team and all of us working together will ensure that the students living at St. Paul’s University College have a positive, safe and academically strong year. “Teamwork means that we share a common ideal and embrace a common goal. Regardless of our differences, we strive shoulder to shoulder, confident in one another's faith, trust and commitment. In the end, teamwork can be summed up in five short words..."we believe in each other".

Training
Peer Leader Training will be taking place on September 5th from 10-4 and September 6th from 10-4. September 6th will be our planning day, so only the Fall Peer Leaders will be required to attend this day. We will be doing all of our training in the Waterloo Aboriginal Education Centre here at St. Paul's. Lunch will be provided both days. New this year, we will be partnering with the on campus Peer Mentors and you will be required to attend training on Sunday September 15th. Please register at: https://leads.uwaterloo.ca/Event/Details/536
Please register by August 6th. Peer Leader Training will be a great time for all of us to get to know each other and to learn how we can best serve the needs of our students. "The greatest resource our team will ever have is each other." There will be a variety of information sessions and workshops as well as some time to hang out, relax, and have fun.
Dinner with the Dons
Please keep your calendars free September 8th from 5-6:30. I would like all of the Fall Peer Leaders and Fall Dons to have a little meet and greet over dinner.
