Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment

The story starts off in Max's dream (Main Character). She is escaping from blood thirsty half man-Half wolf hybrids called Erasers. Max has 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Oh, and let's not forget that they are half bird-half human hybrids, which means that they have wings. The rising action is when Angel, the youngest, gets captured by the Erasers. Max and the flock (Her brothers and sisters) storm the School (Where Angel is being held). Will they save Angel, or will the die trying? Read Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment to find out!

Max is a main character in this book. Max is a fourteen year old blonde haired, human-bird hybrid with blue eyes. This is her full description in the book. Max is a main character because she is leader of the flock. She is with the flock flying around to save Angel.

Fang is a fourteen year old bird-human hybrid with black hair and black wings. He has excellent combat skills and powerful wings.

Iggy is a blonde haired human-bird hybrid. Iggy has awesome skills with making bombs, even though he is blind. Iggy became blind after an experiment to give him night vision went wrong.

Nudge is a eight year old human-bird hybrid. Nudge is a quote "queen of the castle" from when she wakes up until she goes to bed.

Gassy is eight years old and is Angel's older brother. Gazzy, as you can tell from his name, has bad gas. Gassy has the ability to mimic anyone's voice.

Angel is six years old and was kidnapped by the Erasers or human-wolf hybrids and brought to the School. She also has the ability to read minds and use mind control. Will this power go to her head or will she control it?

The setting is important in this book because it has a major part in this book. The setting consists of New York, the School, and the mountains. New York is important because it was the final setting in the book. The School is important because it is where Angel is held and the mountains are important because that is where 1/3 of the book takes place.

The theme of this book is that you have to purse something, even if it is difficult.

My reaction to this book is that it is one of the best books I have ever read! It has a lot of action in it. But I will admit one thing... it is a girl's book. But it doesn't mean that it is bad. It. Is. Awesome.
