Book Assignment:
You should be through Chapters 1 & 2
December: Chapter 3.
Journals: They will be used to reflect on each chapter. Your reflection should include an action step that you will take or continue to do. We will begin activities with the book study after the break.

This week in Guidance with Tiller
- This week is intervention week. Students are given the opportunity to makeup any missed assignments or to retry assignments to better their grade.
- NAMI will be visiting our campus and hosting a small group session for selected high school girls Monday, December 9.
- Mrs. Cooper-Davis, OC Tech Early College Director, will be on campus to schedule juniors and seniors for dual enrollment courses, December 12 beginning at 10 AM.
- If you can, please attend the OC Tech Early College Blitz Thursday, December 12 at Hunter-Kinard-Tyler High School from 6-7 in their gymnasium.
- Our Sock Drive has kicked off! Please encourage students, community members, and honestly any and everyone to participate! We have already received some donations and are on our way to exceeding our goal of 500 pairs of socks. (please include a picture of the flyer again)
- Teachers, please make contact with parents for students who are in danger of failing your class.
- December Student of the Month nominations are due by December 15. The character trait of the month is caring.
