Homecroft January Newsletter
January Update v1
Welcome to 2020!
Stay Informed: We, like a majority of Duluth Elementary Schools, have gone to a digital newsletter. Why? The cost is a major factor, but also, digital means simply reach more people. If you know of Homecroft families who are NOT getting our newsletter via email, web page, or text update, please encourage them to contact the office. We will still send a paper copy to anyone that requests it.
Pick up/drop off: Please use the parent pick up/drop off area in the AM when dropping off students at school. The bus alley is closed from 7:15 AM until 8:00 AM. If you are parking in the north lot, that is fine, however, we prefer you use the south entry and the parent pick up/drop off area.
Security: You may have noticed a new monitor in the office and a new photo eye sensor outside the office door. Our district has installed new video and electronic opening devices at all our schools. If you have questions about how it works, stop in the office for an update.

What do I do if my child needs additional support and/or enrichment?
Please let us know if you have questions. Often, having a conversation about what you're sensing and what we are seeing can alleviate a lot of wonder, anxiety, and stress.
