Transitional ELA
Students from Mr. Murphy's class work on their comprehension and questioning skills. Both are essentials skills, which students are working diligently to master.
Front Desk
Front Desk by Kelly Yang is a novel about an immigrant family running a motel near Disneyland. This interesting and exciting novel has captured the hearts of our students. Mrs. Steele's students show off their novels as the class gets ready to read.
Making Connections
Ms. Augustinas is using Boom Cards with her students as they practice making connections while reading. Students identify the type of connection in this practice activity.
Adult ESL and GED Classes
School District 104 has postponed the Adult ESL and GED classes until further notice. As more information becomes available, we will let you know.
