Please make sure your student has all the gear needed for outside recess.

Check in with your older students to see if they have what they need to go outside. Our policy is that all students wear a coat, hat and mittens when the weather is cold. Middle School Students have been given notice that if they do not have the basic items needed for recess, they will receive a write up. The first write up equals a 15 minute detention after school. All detentions must be served before students can participate in their sporting and extracurricular activities.

The store closes Thursday, November 14. This will be our last order before Christmas. Please let the office know if any items are for Christmas gifts so we do not send the order home with your child.

Forensics Meeting-Monday, November 18th 6:30-7:30 pm

Forensics season is almost upon us. If you have never heard of Forensics, it is a public speaking competition, with over 20 categories to choose from. Examples include: Demonstration, Group Acting, Infomercial, and Impromptu Speaking. Students in grades 6-8 compete at several Friday night meets from Jan.-March. Practices happen with an assigned coach, generally 2-3 times weekly. If you are interested, there will be an informational meeting Monday, November 18th, 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Cafe. Come check it out!

FREE Community Thanksgiving Dinner

FREE Community Thanksgiving Dinner for anyone who would otherwise be alone – Thursday, Nov. 28th from 11 am to 1 pm. Four locations including St. Michael Church, 8883 Forest View Rd, Kewaskum, St. Mary Parish Hall, 406 Jefferson St., West Bend, New Hope UCC Church, 4330 Jackson Dr., Jackson and Faith Lutheran Church, W172 N11187 Division Rd., Germantown. Reservations are suggested but not necessary: Call 504-351-4655. Home delivered meals are also available to those unable to attend due to illness or physical impairments. To arrange delivery, call 262-483-6869.
