Winter Sport Athletes:

If you did NOT play a fall sport you will need to update your paperwork to play in a winter sport (basketball & wrestling). Those athletes who participated this fall should have the necessary paperwork on file.

PHYSICALS: Everyone needs a current physical. All juniors need an updated physical dated after May 1, 2019. Sophomores & Seniors who had a physical completed last year are good for this year.

ONLINE FORMS & INFORMATION: All athletes are required to complete a set of online forms and information once each year to compete in athletics. Directions to complete this process can be found on the Borah Website. (

DON'T WAIT! DO IT TODAY! All required forms should be completed prior to the first day of tryouts/practices.
