Who Say Alpacas Can't Go to School?
By William Kirby
News Reporter for Warren County Camelid Club
Over the summer, some of the 4H-ers from the Warren County Camelid Club went to Miller Ridge Elementary in Middletown. On June 29, 202, the club came to teach some of the students at summer camp about alpacas. The 4H-ers told them about alpacas behavior, the food they eat and other facts about alpacas. The kids at the summer camp LOVED them! The alpacas thought the grass at Miller Ridge was especially tasty, and wouldn’t stop eating it.
