We're in Full Bloom!

Since returning to in person learning, we have seen many of our students blossom before our very eyes. While there is still some ground yet to cover, we are working hard to make sure that students have all the skills that they need to be successful. Even when that means going back and reteaching content. We're educators...that's what we do!

One issue that we need help solving is ensuring that students are staying engaged with us on the weeks that they are learning remotely. Very often students are not logging in to Google Meets, completing daily assignments or hitting that attendance button when they are learning from home. Parents, guardians and caregivers, we need your help in making sure that students are doing those things each day. That is the only way that we can help them make the progress needed.

A tip to make sure that students are turning in their work, not just blank assignments, is to have students complete their work and save it but not submit it until you have a chance to review it. This gives you the opportunity to ensure that their work is completed appropriately before submitting it for grading.

Make sure that students get up each morning, HIT THAT ATTENDANCE BUTTON, GET INTO THEIR LIVE TIMES ACCORDING TO THEIR SCHEDULE, AND COMPLETE ALL DAILY ASSIGNMENTS. If you have any questions please call the school. We will be glad to help because we know, when we all work together, COUGARS CAN DO VIRTUALLY ANYTHING!

Remember! Masks or other face coverings must be worn over your nose and mouth at all times when you are indoors and in the same room with someone else! It is acceptable to take your mask off when you are in your classroom or workspace alone. Do your part to keep everyone safe!

IF YOU SEE ANYONE NOT WEARING A MASK, PLEASE LEAVE AN ANONYMOUS REPORT IN ADMINSTRATION'S MAILBOX. It will continue to happen if it is not addressed.
