edTPA Tip of the Week
Pearson Customer Support (which provides infrastructure for the edTPA submission process) offers Live Chat, 12 pm – 6 pm EST, on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Ask questions about supported file types and sizes, score report dates, or anything about the submission process, and you will get instant answers!
Occasionally, there are technical problems during the submission process, so you might want to plan to submit your portfolio during the Live Chat hours.
