Course Selection for 2021-2022 for Current 6th and 7th graders- IMPORTANT INFO!

This year we are moving to an Online Course Selection method.
  • Students will select their courses for next year online through their Aeries Student Portal account. If they do not have a Student Account on Aeries, they will need to create one. They will need a verfication code that may be obtained from our office. Call the front office at 925.934.8174 if you do not have it. (It is the same verification code that was used to create a Parent Portal Aeries Homelink Account.)
  • A Video Course Catalog showcasing our class offerings will be available the first week in March to help students learn a little about our classes including the electives they will choose prior to selecting their classes online.
  • March 8th- March 12- window for students to select their electives for next year which will be accessible through their online Aeries Student Portal.

IMPORTANT: Students must have a Aeries Portal to create account BEFORE they can sign up for classes! If they do not select electives during the open window, they cannot be guaranteed to be assigned any of their top or alternate choices.

**Click on the link below for directions on how your student can create their online Student Portal on Aeries.
