Davidson's Law Firm

What we do

Most people don't understand what law firms do, so we have elected to give you an explanation. First you have make a plaintiff, which means you must bring a case against someone. There is a pretrial conference where the judge informs everyone of what the steps are for the trial. Then there is a summons, this is when you go to court. You should be compliant with that order. The trial begins after this. There are two different kinds of trials. One called meditation, in this trial you are an independent put between two contending parties. In the other one, arbitration, there is a third unbiased party. If you are accused of the crime you are known as the defendant. In the court you may make a pleadings. A preponderance means that at least 50% of the evidence points to something. When the Judge finally makes the verdict if the accused is convicted they can make an appeal.
