PHS Parent Bulletin--October 2019

PHS Mission

We will ENSURE all students learn at high levels for success in their future, whether that includes college, vocational or trade school, military service, or the work force.

Welcome to October 2019!

Hello, parents. Today is the first day of the 2nd Six Weeks and report cards for the first grading period will be mailed home this week. The first six weeks was full of AMAZING instruction, learning and fun. As we continue with the remainder of this school year, we are working hard to CELEBRATE all of our successes by highlighting students and staff members on our Pleasanton HS Facebook page. Additionally, we are officially asking for your input each time you visit our front office, library or counseling office. Check out the information below about our "Let's Celebrate" boxes. As always, we are incredibly proud of our students and are excited for all this school year will bring.

Important Upcoming Dates:

  • October 16th--School day PSAT/SAT
  • October 18th--Early release for students
  • October 28th--No school for students; Parent conferences

Please feel free to contact me directly at my email link below if you have any questions, suggestions or words of praise for our staff members! And, don't forget to 'like' this newsletter if you appreciate getting information this way.
