One of our focuses this year is improving our school's attendance! Of course, we don't want students attending when they are too sick, but it's everyone's goal to be an Attendance H.E.R.O. (Here Everyday Ready On time)! Did you know that missing more than 9 days of school per year can lead to lower reading proficiency? It also makes your child more likely to drop out of high school. School attendance is important for student success right now and in the future. Take a look at this flyer for tips on how to help your children be on time and miss less school.
