Ms. Lacey-Cipriano’s class won 1st place for Class Collaborative Writing.

Sofia Garza - 1st place essay & Superintendent’s Voice of ExcellenceAward for High School

Jessyca Goldman - 1st Place poetry


AND Ms. Keane-Dawes' daughter, Ivy, who attends Kitty Hawk and will attend VMHS, won first place in the middle essay category AND the Superintendent’s Voice of ExcellenceAward for Middle School!

It's our last month of books clubs for this school year, so don't miss out! Never fear though, we have book clubs ready to go for summer!


Our last YA book club title is Just Wreck It All by N. Giffin. It's available in print at our library and in e-book format in Sora. We will discuss this book on Tuesday, May 11th @ 4:30 on Zoom. Contact Mrs. Thompson for the code.


The last BYOBook Adult Book Club selection is Kristin Hannah's The Nightingale. We will discuss this book on Friday, May 24th @ 7:00 P.M. on Zoom. Contact Mrs. Thompson for the code.
