A Message from the Principal
Lauren Meeks
Mustang Pride!
Wow! What an AWESOME day! It was great to see so many special people at lunches today. I know the kids loved having special guests and getting to know others' family members.
Today, we also welcomed our new Superintendent, Dr. Bruce Gearing. He walked our building and visited many classrooms. The kids were super excited to see "the big boss" as they called him. Dr. Gearing got lots of smiles and high fives from many of your children.
Our first Coffee Chat of the year will be on Friday, September 27th at 8:00am in the community room. This is a time for parents to come talk with administrators about school events, concerns, and celebrations in an open format with coffee and snacks. We will have chats scheduled each month throughout the school year. The times will be different to give all parents the opportunity to attend at least one chat this year. Anyone is welcome to join us! We would LOVE to see you there!
We hope you all have a great weekend!
Lauren, Maggie, & Erin
