Work HARD! Dream BIG! Believe in YOURSELF! Never GIVE UP!

Volume 2 - Issue 9 - September 16, 2019

Message from the Principal

Dear Cavaliers,

It's hard to believe that we only have one week left in our first quarter of the academic year. As we wrap up this last week before going to Fall break, please take a moment to reflect on everything that you are thankful for and for every victory, however big or small that you have accomplished.

The two weeks off for Fall break are much needed for all, but lets keep pushing hard this last week of school before the break. Students, this is a good time for you to have discussions with each one of your teachers to see if there is anything you can do during the break to enrich your learning or to help raise your grades. Remember that Fall break is also a perfect opportunity to read an AR book, so stop by the library this week and pick a good one. Achieve 3000 is also available during the break so pick an article of your choice and improve your literacy skills.

Fall Break for students is 9/21 - 10/8 - School resumes 10/9

Fall Break for Faculty and Staff is 9/21 - 10/6 - PD Days 10/7 & 10/8

Thank you for your hard work, dedication and remember;

At CVM we work HARD, we dream BIG, we believe in OURSELVES and we never, ever , GIVE UP!
