Summer Off, Time For Pleasure Reading is On!
Summer is great time to recharge and refresh, maybe earn a few dollars or volunteer. But honestly, we should never stop reading, writing and making (sense) of the world. The best thing about the summer and being out of school is you get to do things on your own terms.
Read for fun. Read while on beach, riding Septa or chilling at the park. You don't have to write an essay or constructed response or keep a reading log. Read on your own terms! Side Note, You could earn some reading narrative and non-fiction competencies email sreed@uschool.org to find out how you can earn credit for reading and writing.
Here are a few opportunities you might want check out this summer.
