Surviving has never been easier.
What goes into our dishes.
We here at the Cabana are no strangers to mixing races, that's why we use ingredients from both the old and new world. However, it wasn't always so easy to do, in fact, when Colombo came to the restaurant business he knew that he would have to transport food, and fast. Transporting food back and forth wasn't the greatest, so for legal purposes, we are not responsible for anything that happens to you.
Pork fried turnip rice.
If you're taste buds haven't quite colonized the new world flavors try the old world classic dish. Inspired by Asian culture, we fry our pork along with the rice to ensure maximum flavor. Then, we top it off with freshly plowed turnip, so fresh you'll taste the soil on it.
Sweet potato casserole.
Put simply, we take a new world potato and put a twist on it, or should we say a mash on it. We take our time when intricately mashing the potato's and then we take some pecans straight from the land and crush them on top. Introduce your pallet to a potato crushed with a mallet.
