Shark Tank
On Tuesday, November 12 and Thursday, November 14, the 8th grade Oak Run Middle School Gifted and Talented students participated in a Shark Tank event in the ORMS Library from 5:30-8:00. Students presented business plans to community members requesting a $50 investment. Our community investors, or sharks, selected groups to partner with and will continue to mentor these students through our experience selling at the New Braunfels Farmers Market the weekends of December 7 and 14. Please come out and support our entrepreneurs at either weekend or both!
Thank you to our Sharks community investors that volunteered to participate in our program and invest in our students.
