Enrollment for 12.14 to 12.25 DUE Wednesday 12.9 midnight
Enrollment Calendars for the next two weeks are DUE by Wednesday -Dec. 9th
The next 2 week enrollment calendar will cover Dec. 14th to Dec. 25th
All Enrollments that are submitted on time will be honored- Late enrollments can be accepted as space allows. Full Day space will be limited!
If there is a box available to check - then you are welcome to attend!
If you go beyond Dec. 25th and pay- you are LOCKED IN to those sessions!
You will not be credited back for mistakes in your submissions.

Signing in and Out- Why is it important?
If there is an emergency and we are required to evacuate the building we will use this electronic information to account for all students. If we believe your child is missing- we will send in our brave first responders to locate them in the school, in the midst of the danger we evacuated from. Please sign your children out- If there is something that is preventing you from signing your child out- please contact Sherry to discuss. We can work out a solution! We are here to help!
Please note- We do not rely on staff memory for student attendance- this would be a dangerous practice. I forget my coffee when I go to the store... We do not rely on staff memory.
Drop In's ~The in's and out's
Unscheduled attendance directly affects our daily schedule for the kids. We plan for the kids, that are signed up- not for unscheduled attendance children. It is not good business sense for me to purchase additional materials, and rent additional areas, when we do not know we have the need. This also applies to staffing. Staffing cost are the highest costing we have. I schedule staff so we are always in ratio (as required by law). To have extra staff on hand for unscheduled attendance increases our costs.
Please enroll and do not Drop In.
IF YOU MUST DROP IN- CONTACT US BEFORE YOU SHOW UP WITH YOUR CHILD! This was we do not have to turn you away.
During the week of Nov. 30th we had 20 Drop In's to our Before and After School Program- we were able to manage these Drop In's that week. but understand that is not the norm.
There will be NO DROP IN's during Winter Break. You have either enrolled through the BASE Parent Portal- or your child is not attending. Please plan your enrollment carefully!

Current Balance- why you might have one
Enrollments are to be paid in advance- we are a self funded program - your payments go directly back to BASE.
If you have Drop In's you may be carrying a balance, please pay this as soon as possible, so you can continue to use our services.
From Dec. 18th to Jan. 1- the Field Trip Fees were not applied into the billing system. This has been fixed and all Field Trip fees until the end of the year are now correct.
If you signed up for care, on an off-site Full Day, you will see the addition of these fees, IF they did not automatically bill when you enrolled
