Building Our Future Together

We came together and made it happen for our students!

The staff members from Marine City, Riverview East and St. Clair High Schools all came together to coordinate and plan graduation ceremonies that celebrated and honored our very special 2020 graduates. A traditional ceremony was not an option with the Governor's executive orders due to the pandemic but that did not stop the ECSD team from creating a moment that is so special to each of our graduates. That moment of crossing a stage wearing a cap and gown, hearing your name announced and turning your tassel to signify the receipt of a high school diploma. Graduation is an emotional and happy celebration and it is important to mark this time for our students and our families. The graduations this year were filled with smiles, honking horns, family, friends, balloons, signs and decorated cars.

We wish all of our 2020 graduates the best of luck !

Parents can enjoy the flexibility of signing their child(ren) up for a couple of weeks or for the entire summer. Parents have the option of choosing which days they would like their child to attend each week. Located at Gearing Elementary School, the program is available from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday from June 22 - August 21, 2020. Camp will be closed on July 3, 2020 in observance of the July 4th holiday. Children entering Grades 1st - 6th are eligible to participate in the program. Both morning and afternoon snacks will be provided with parents/guardians providing a sack lunch for their child each day.

The cost of the program is $35/day with a one-time registration fee of $25.
