Camden County High School

Weekly Update-Volume VIII Issue 13

Grandy Primary School, Camden Early College, and Camden County High School received Board Spotlights at the Board meeting on Thursday. While I accepted the spotlight, our success has more to do with the work you all do in our classrooms daily. This is the seventh consecutive year that our school has met or exceeded growth. That doesn't happen by accident. Thank you all for providing quality, rigorous instruction for our students.

Staff Meeting

We will have a Staff Meeting on Monday, November 13th at 3:20 in the media center. All staff members should make plans to attend.

We will have a brief assembly on Friday during Bruin Success in the gym. We have a guest speaker coming in to discuss the dangers of substance abuse.

You may have noticed that EVAAS has now been added to the NC Ed Could. All of your growth information for the 2016-2017 school year has now been updated. This information can be very useful. We sent a teacher from each of your departments to the EVAAS training last week. They will share information at your next department meeting. In the meantime, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Staff Handbook

The Staff Handbook can be found in Canvas. Please review this before the start of school. The Staff Canvas page also contains videos and step by step instructions for Educator's Handbook, Aesop, Travel Tracker, etc...
