District staff canvasses community; still time to provide feedback
During the past week, student and staff volunteers spent time asking community members for their input through a door-to-door campaign. Since the first of October, the district has been gathering feedback in the form of responses to its Blueprint Survey from staff, students, parents, and community members.
The information provided by survey respondents will be used to form the foundation of the district’s strategic plan - 3-5 goals for the next five years. The survey is linked below. Parents will also have the chance to complete the survey at Parent-Teacher Conferences this week. The survey will be open through Oct. 18.

As of this morning, 1,107 people had completed the survey including 251 staff, 530 parents, 133 students, and 193 community members.
Results will be used by the Blueprint Committee made up of staff, parents and community members to develop goals. Survey results will also be shared via the district website, this newsletter, and social media.
