Weekly Updates/ Reminders:
- ACTION: Optional homework must go home with students on a weekly basis.
- ACTION: All pre-assessment data must be input into your tracker BY Wednesday morning PD.
- Continue to make sure that bulletin boards are up-to-date with evidence of student work, work both in your classroom and in the halls should be updated frequently.
- Lesson plans must be posted and available upon request to any visitor.
- Math Stations/ Task Menus must be up and running
- Students should be on iReady for 45 minutes per week in both ELA and Math, please be reminded that the usage of this program is first priority. If you are using any other programs they should only be utilized supplementary.

No More Bullying Program comes to 4th Grade
Instructional Levers:
WEEKLY Instructional LOOK-FORS:
- Check your PLC Agenda's prior to your PLC meeting this week.
- Remember... Task predicts performance!
- Use of daily Exit Tickets
- Exit tickets must be logged into master trackers for ELA and Math.Your exit tickets should be guiding your instructional decisions on a daily basis. We must ensure that we are using quantitive data rather than qualitative data when making all decisions regarding students both academically and behaviorally.
- Guided Reading/ Math Stations-- these should be fully functioning at this time- we will be in this week to observe these times specifically
- Evidence of Guided Reading progress monitoring. Based on your guided reading instruction how are you keeping track of student progress towards the individual skills you are teaching?
Weekly Cultural LOOK-FORS:
- Morning Restorative Community Circles implemented with fidelity and as a means to build relationships and classroom community.
- Proactive and positive language
- Culture of Feedback: Are we developing an environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and are encouraged to share their thought process?
