Bulldog PRIDE:
Our behavior, academic, and conduct standards are exemplified through Bulldog PRIDE.
PRIDE stands for
Proud
Respectful
Individual Thinker
Dedicated to Academics
Engaged
During the school year, we recognize students for showing Bulldog PRIDE in the classroom, in the cafeteria, on campus, and in the community with HERO points and other rewards. Many ZHS students model the BulldogPRIDE behaviors each day and we will continue to celebrate them!
**For students in the halls or out of class, parents and guardians will be contacted when your student is not meeting expectations. Please partner with us and talk with your student about the importance of attending each class every day on time and actively participating in their education. If you'd like to volunteer to help us clear the hallways and restrooms, please email cstanley@pasco.k12.fl.us so we can arrange a time.**
MyStudent Portal and Required Acknowledgments:
Thank you to our families have completed the required acknowledgments in the MyStudent Portal.
The required Parents' Bill of Rights acknowledgments and consents are viewable in the Parent Portal at http://pasco.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/?skipSAML=true.
Please be sure to complete these acknowledgements and consent tasks so that we can effectively assist your student and you.
Closed Campus:
ZHS is a closed campus. Students are expected to remain on campus for the entire school day and do not have permission to leave campus for food/lunch. Additionally, outside food, food delivery, and food sales is not allowed, as it jeopardizes our Free and Reduced Meal status. These deliveries will be refused.

Math Tutoring for ZHS Students
Every day during student lunches, math tutoring for all math levels is available in the Media Center.
If your student would benefit from additional support, math teachers are also available after school in the media center on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for 1 hour after school.
ZHS Prom 2023
Is your Junior or Senior thinking about going to Prom on April 29?
Here’s what you need to know:
In order to purchase a ticket, students must have:
· Attendance: Fewer than 5 full unexcused days and fewer than 30 unexcused class periods in 2nd semester.
· GPA: No F’s in 3rd quarter and 2.0 (or above) Cumulative Unweighted GPA
· Behavior: No Level 3 or Fighting Referrals. 1 or fewer Level 2 referrals for the year.
Once you qualify and purchase your ticket, all Attendance, GPA, and Behavior requirements must be maintained. If requirements are not maintained, attendance to Prom will be revoked without a refund. (These minimum requirements also apply to Seniors for Grad Bash.)
If students have any questions about these minimum requirements, they can schedule an appointment with Dr. Stanley. A sign up sheet is available in the front office.
Timely Pick Up Reminder
Once students have completed practice, a school event, or their campus meeting(s), they need to be picked up or make arrangements to safely walk home. We have many instances where students did not have a ride or were on campus long after their event had concluded. If this continues, students will not be permitted to continue in their activity.
Parent/Spectator Code of Conduct
At ZHS, we want to remind all parents and spectators of our core values.
We want to ensure that all student-athletes and participants are supported and encouraged.
While you may not agree with every decision, please remember that these students, the officials, and coaches are all human and deserve respect for their efforts.
Any abuse or disrespect of the staff, officials, students, coaches, or other spectators may result in your removal from the event.
Thank you for supporting our students, coaches, staff, and the officials with BulldogPRIDE!
