Kindergarten and First Grade Login for Virtual Specials
We have recently restricted the Virtual Specials Schedule link to only South Brunswick users. This shouldn’t be a problem for 2nd-5th grade students, who already know their account login information. If you have a Kindergarten or 1st grade student, the district has created an account for your child. The information can be found in Genesis. It's a series of numbers@sbstudents.org. This information will display on the Summary screen under the Student's Picture within the Parent Portal. If you are unable to locate the information, reach out to your child's teacher. Thank you for understanding.
Report Cards Today - Grades 3-5
Grades 3-5 Report Cards are being posted today, Monday, April 6th.To access your child's report card, you must log-in to the parent portal. Once in the Genesis Parent Portal choose Grading then Available Report Cards to see the most current report card. Genesis_Report_Card_Parent_Resource.pdf. If your child has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), you will also be able to access his/her Progress Report when they are available through the Genesis Parent Portal Summary.
Calls from Teachers
Our teachers are using their personal phones to reach out to your student(s). They are likely calling from a blocked number. If you receive a call in the middle of the day, and you see a number that says "No ID" or "Blocked Call," it is likely a teacher calling.

Would You Like to Learn Strategies to Support Your Child's Math Work at Home?
Dr. Judith Fraivillig, math education professor and consultant, is offering free, online workshops for families to learn how best to support their children's math learning at home. Workshops focus on elementary children's math thinking, activities and games to play at home, and mathematizing household routines. Online sessions last between 30-60 minutes and are organized to include approximately 5 families with children in similar grade levels. This small group format allows for plenty of time to ask questions. Contact workshops@mathematize.me if you are interested in learning more or would like to register.
