Our Mission
The mission of Grandview High School is to inspire and empower all students to reach their individual potential by providing challenging and engaging learning experiences in a supportive learning environment.
Dear GHS Family,
Our quote of the week comes from Pele:
“Everything is practice.”
Everyday in every area we have an opportunity to learn and grow. Practice is pivotal for each of us to retain our learning and ensure growth. At GHS, this practice encompasses academics, behaviors, athletics and every skill under the sun. This week, we’re going to practice minimizing cell phone distractions and zooming in on academics during our iReady assessments and all classes. Combating distractions is a challenge but we’re bringing on our practice game this week.

Principal

Community Connections
Pizza with Police
Last Wednesday, the Grandview Police Department provided pizza for the GHS senior class.
The department representatives wanted to connect with our students as they prepare to go out into the real word full-time. They had great conversations and even played come basketball. We appreciate GVPD making time for our students.
