Message from the Director

Heat wave, products short shipped and Friday the 13th all in the same week. Thank you for being able to adapt to these extremes! Change is constant, necessary and positive, even though it doesn't always feel that way. Learning to see change as an ongoing opportunity is key to surviving and thriving in this post-Covid world. Think about your how your ability to rise to a challenge has been strengthened. This sense of adapting to obstacles is called "change agility." The more agile an operation and its people are, the more successful they will be in this modern environment. I certainly see it in all of you and nothing feels better than working with a group of quick thinking people who come together to problem solve and tackle challenge head on. Fourteen employees attended the eight hour, college level, Serv-Safe "Person in Charge" training and sat for the exam. While the results are not back yet, congratulations to all for advancing your professional development!
