Principal's Message
Our Bulldogs have had another busy week! We had several field trips, our PBIS awards, and ended the week with a Magic of Science assembly. I hope you enjoy all of the photos! The last two weeks of school (can you believe it!) are also busy. Please make sure you check in with your child’s teacher to find out what is happening in your child’s class.
Information regarding summer school is below. Please register if you are interested.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call the school office or you can reach me by email at tcockerill@susanvillesd.org
I hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
Ms. Cockerill

Staff Feature
McKinley Specialists
PE, Computer Lab, Library
Each day our students go to either PE, Computer Lab, or Library. Meet our classified staff who are our specialists in these areas. Each of our specialists also works as part of our After School Program, so they really get to know our students. Megan and Mrs. Passwaters are also part of our Reading Intervention team. They have been supporting students all year to gain needed reading skills.
From left:
Gradyn Stone—In his free time, Gradyn likes to work out. What Gradyn loves most about working with our students is that our students are really funny and make him laugh. His wish for them is that they would have big dreams in life.
Megan Sandeen—Megan also likes to work out in her free time. What Megan likes best about working with our students is their innocence. Her wish for them is that they would always believe in themselves and that they would always be themselves because they are each special!
Michele Passwaters—In her free time, Mrs. Passwaters likes to crochet. With 5 grandchildren, she has plenty of projects to do. Two of her grandchildren are local and three of her grandchildren live in Casper, Wyoming. What Michele likes best about working with our students is that they just say what they need to say--they don't have a filter. Her wish for our students is that they become the most amazing readers they can be.
Thank you to our specialists! They provide fun activities each day for our students!
