May is Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month

The Library of Congress, National Archives and Records Administration, National Endowment for the Humanities, National Gallery of Art, National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum join in paying tribute to the generations of Asian and Pacific Islanders who have enriched America’s history and are instrumental in its future success. Titan Ambassadors serve as the Poway High representatives to our local elementary and middle schools, our district, and the greater Poway community. We are looking for 20 outstanding Titans to take on these roles for the 2020-2021 school year!

Cancellations: To cancel your exam, send an email to cancel@aptsusa.com and include your name, name of your school (including city and state), and name of the exam you would like to cancel. Exams cancelled from May 1 onwards as well as no shows on exam day are not eligible for any refund and forfeit their fees.

Interested in Choir?

For all students interested in Choir for the school year 2020-2021, including incoming 9th graders, you are welcome to join the Google Classroom 'All Choir Community' with Ms. Schemmel. She will post audition information there, including the forms needed, and an instructional video about the audition process. Members may also post questions, comments, or choir related social information in that forum. The class code is yk33vc2. Remember that you must be logged into your PUSD Google account in order to join.

Food Services During School Closures

Free meal distribution will continue every week during the school closures. Lunch and Breakfast are served together, Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at these 12 sites: Del Norte High School, Los Penasquitos Elementary School, Meadowbrook Middle School, Midland Elementary School, Mt. Carmel High School, Pomerado Elementary School, Poway High School, Rancho Bernardo High School, Twin Peak Middle School, Valley Elementary School, Westview High School, Westwood Elementary School.

Los Servicios De Alimentos Durante El Cierre De Las Escuelas

La distribución de comida gratis continuará todas las semanas durante el cierre de la escuela. El almuerzo y el desayuno se sirven juntos, de lunes a viernes, de 11:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m. en estas 12 escuelas: Del Norte High School, Los Penasquitos Elementary School, Meadowbrook Middle School, Midland Elementary School, Mt.
