Early Life

Chris Kyle acquired a riffle from his father and used it to shoot many deer. Then, in his college years he gained an interest in the rodeo and then injured himself after being thrown from a bronco. There were screws placed in his arm and he would later find that that would hold him back from achieving military dreams.

Getting Involved

Chris Kyle began his effect on society when he joined the navy and then became a navy SEAL. He has 255 confirmed kills in his time in the navy and he received the nickname "Legend."He has also written a book and had a movie made about him.

Choices & Results

During his training as a SEAL, terrorists flew planes into the twin towers. Once this happened Chris Kyle decided that he wasn't just going to sit around while they attacked Americans. So, he began exercising and training even more and soon enough he became the most lethal weapon that the U.S. military had. During his 10-year career as a member of SEAL Team 3, Kyle, 37, saw action in every major battle during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

His Words

“I really don't care what people think of me.” I believe this an important quote because it shows how he made these choices without an influence and also didn't mind if people didn't liked or understand his choices.

Aftermath

After Chris Kyle was killed and he was done with the SEAL's everyone grew very angry at the terrorists and realized just how messed up and corrupt the middle east truly was/is. So, it made more people want to join the military and stop the terrorists.

Words For Him

“Chris Kyle’s an American hero. May he rest in peace. Thank God for men like him.”
