Ablutophobia
•Developement: Caused by traumatic experience in the past(childhood for elders). Or an experience that happened to a relative, friend or even someone/ something seen on a movie or television show.
•Treatment/Therapy Options: Best left to a mental health practitioner. But there are also plenty of therapist and peer groups also helping you psychological difficulties.
•Screenings/Test: No blood test, No scans l, no image that can detect phobia. Diagnonsis relies on behavioral observations and screening.
Chionophobia
•Development: faced possible injuries or bone fractures due to bad weather. Accident due to slippery roads. Or a childhood traumatic event.
•Treatment/Therapy: Become educated about different types of snow and the effects it has on the area "local conditions" can calm fears. Or Mental Health Professional.
Logophobia
•Development: arise from a combination of events, traumatic experience at young age, social phobia may have more complex that are not known. Can run in genetics and brain chemistry.
•Treatment/Therapy: medicine can be prescribed but could have several side effects as well as just suppressing the symptoms. Also go to psychotherapy
•Screenings/Test: take a home medical test online as well as an online screenings which can be found on right diagnosis.com
Soceraphobia
•Development: maybe the result of false expectations with resolutions to your in-laws. Might think all parents are the same and that the new in laws are going to be the same.
•Treatment/Therapy: seeks help from therapist who can help learn ways to manage your fear and establish your own home apart from theres.
•Screenings/Test: none, it's personal
Polyphobia
•Development: things that haunt people in there dreams, causes of external events, demons. Feeling of panic, dread and terror.
•Treatment/Therapy: anti-anxiety medication and exposure therapy.
•Screenings/Test: ADHD test or a concentration test.
Statistics Of Phobias
2. Only 23% of all people with phobias seek treatment for anxiety.
3. When phobias begins; nearly 40% before age 10 and 95% before age 20.
