Change Quality Control Metrics
To: Change Management Community in Mortgage and Home Loans Technology
We are excited to introduce a series of change bulletins, which are intended to better connect us with the change community, keep us appraised of of new resources, best practices, innovations, and milestones as well as share our challenges, solutions, and successes. In this issue we will be featuring the key updates in the Technical Change Governance related to Change Quality Controls and Metrics.
Change Quality Control Summary
Change Quality Controls are implemented at the ITSM Program level to actively manage Change Management performance. Change data have been collected since June 1st to ensure the data content guidelines are followed. Effective October 1st, the results will be reflected in monthly scorecards with September data as the starting point. Change Control team will review the monthly scorecards and perform necessary follow ups with change managers/coordinators to ensure adherence to these controls.
Key Quality Controls and Metrics
Post Implementation Review and Risk Questionnaire Controls have been adopted at the ITSM program level and effective as of July 1st. Training sessions have been conducted covering these quality data points in Remedy to help Change Managers fully understand their roles in Control Monitoring. Change Managers are now responsible for adherence to quality standards of their respective changes.
