Serengeti National Park: This is the best place to go for a safari in the world. It's easy to take over 5,000 pictures because there is so much to see! So many amazing animals, from the humongous African elephant to the tiny meerkats. There are loads of lions, zebras and all sorts of other animals! There's leopards in the trees, lions walking next to you, and giraffes almost everywhere! Hear the lion's roar and the hyena's laugh! If you come at the right time in summer, you might even be able to see the buffalo migration! This park is a one like no other!

Explore the amazing marine life and ecosystem with Zanzibar’s Rising Sun Dive Center! This dive center is like no other for it offers you the highest levels of customer care while you explore the marine wildlife and ecosystem. Rising Sun Dive Center believes that it is very important to know how we can conserve these beautiful waters so future generations have a chance to see them. Everyone is welcome at the Rising Sun Dive Center, from the beginner diver to the experienced diver. They offer a large selection of dives to choose from, so no diver is left out. They specialize in small group dives with a maximum of six divers per guide. This ensures the diver to get the most out of his/her experience in a safe and small environment. Rising Sun Dive Centre is located on Bwejuu beach on the South East side of the island, which offers some of the best diving with its 65km reef and aquatic life.

Tanzania is by the equator so there is no winter. In February, the Kilimanjaro Marathon gives people the chance to chose among the running the whole way(42.2km), half of the way(21.1) or the Fun Race(5km). The race is done in the beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Another amazing pursuit is the biggest music festivals in Africa, held right here in Tanzania. The music festival is called Sauti za Busara (Sounds of Wisdom). At the Sauti za Busara African musical, talent from all over Africa comes to sing, dance, and show you their talent!

Cultural Pursuits

n Tanzania Artists have made a very distinct art style called Tingatinga. Tingatinga are very popular in Tanzania. Tingatinga are painted with enamel paints on a canvas. Usually the motifs are animals and flowers in repetitive and colorful designs. In the past decade, the art of cartoons and comics has really taken off in Tanzania.Today there are dozens of cartoonists and some who are very well known in Tanzania. Tanzanians also sculpt images of people and animals. To carve it they usually use metal or clay. The music industry in Tanzania has seen many changes in the past decade. With a fusion of local and foreign music traditions, Tanzanian musicians have grown within the African Great Lakes region.

Ethnic foods

Carbohydrate staples are very popular in Tanzania. Made up of the bulk of any traditional meal. Common grains include sorghum, cassava and plantain, as well as corn and rice in the southwestern coastal regions meat is available, This beverage an every day food it might be goat, beef or pork thrown into a stew, or fried and served over rice or another grain. Chicken, mutton and ducklings are also raised for food. For dessert the most eat Sweet rolls and biscuits called mandazi (As shown below) are served at breakfast and for snacks. Peanuts, popcorn, hard candy and dried fruit are frequently as snacks in cities, as are fried plantains, sweet potatoes and corn on the cob.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro crater is home to thousands of different animals. It is known to be the largest unflooded and unbroken crater in the world. Going to this crater would be no mistake. If you want to see flamingoes, lions, and even the black rhino! This is a once in a lifetime trip that involves many animals and an amazing landscape.
