COVID-19 School Vaccine Clinics

COVID-19 vaccination clinics for children ages 5-11 are being scheduled by the Washington County Health Department in various Washington County Public Schools locations in the days and weeks ahead. The first clinics will be held at Bester Elementary and Ruth Ann Monroe Primary schools. Students do not need to be enrolled at the school location in order to be vaccinated during the clinic.
Future school vaccination clinics are being planned for Lincolnshire, Salem Avenue, Pangborn, and Jonathan Hager elementary schools.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child to the vaccine clinic and sign the consent form.
Vaccine eligibility:
Pfizer: Ages 5-11. Two doses are needed to be considered fully vaccinated.
Your child does not have to attend this school to to attend the vaccine clinic.

WCPS does not require students to be vaccinated against COVID-19. WCPS encourages families to consult with their medical provider to make the best decision for their family regarding the vaccination.
