Year 9 Design and Technology DT students are using a variety of techniques to make their own coffee tables, including cutting, laminating and jointing. | Year 7 Art Year 7 art students have created Russian Dolls. Students put in a lot of effort to finish their work to a really high quality. | Roll of Honour Our Roll of Honour for our GCSE and A level students is now on display at school reception. |

Students have been learning about heroes and villains in Mythology during English. | Students have also looked at good and evil characters in Literature. | Maths have worked with students on "Careers in Maths" and where geographically these jobs are located. |
Year 10 and 11 Revision Sessions

- Mr Horne has nominated Year 8 student Georgiana and Year 10 student for their excellent approach to the study of mathematics.

Mrs Ferns and Mr Lee have nominated our Year 11 students, they have shown exemplary behaviour and attitude during their Maths Mock exams and the Maths Department are pleased with progress shown.
Mrs Morgan has nominated the following Art students, Year 8 Callum for brilliant war art homework, Year 7 Harry W for brilliant futurism homework, Year 7 Oliver for excellent art homework and Year 10 Darci for excellent art work.
Mr Gourlay has nominated Year 9 student Ruby for her excellent commitment and resilience in Computer Science lessons.
Miss Jenkins would like to say well done to the students who attended the first session of Drumming Club, 15 students attended, all of whom had different levels of experience and ability and they made a wonderful sound together.
Mrs Vaghadia has nominated Year 11 students Beth and Adam for their consistent effort and hard work in sociology attending intervention sessions and completing extra work.
Mrs Rice has nominated her Year 7 English students who have worked hard learning about Greek mythology in our Heroes and Villains module.

- Drumming Club - This group is open to all who want to come along and will be accepting new members this week. It runs from 8am to 8.30am on a Thursday.
