Statistics
- In 2011's statistics there were 368 deaths and 327,577 apprehensions, 30 deaths and 531,061 less than 2007's statistics in the crossing itslef.
- It cost 90 billion dollars over the past 10 years for the U.S borders. Which is around $24,657,534.25 a day.
- In 2012 Obama grants legal status to young illegal immigrants.
Isn't it weird that the US is using so much money in the border for security, but not as many illegal immigrants are trying to get into america any more. It's like putting a fence in a graveyard.
Also cutting down some of the security can give america a neat wad of cash.
Reasoning
Some people asked about this issue states that they don't really see the point of using so much money for the security when there are laws of granting legal status to illegal immigrants.
