Cell Membrane~ The cell membrane is a covering that encloses the whole cell. Any kind of material going in or out of the cell must pass through the cell membrane. The cell membrane is found in the animal cells.
Cell Wall~ The call wall is the outer covering that protects cells. It lies outside of the cell membrane of plant cells.
The Chloroplast is a organelle in a plant cell that holds a chemical the uses the energy from the sun to make sugar.
Plant and Animal Cytoplasm
Cytoplasm~ The cytoplasm keeps the organelles in their place and fills the cell. Also the cytoplasm has to keep the cells in shape.
Plant and Animal Nucleus
Nucleus~ The Nucleus is in plant and animal cells. The nucleus job is to inform other organelles what to do. The nucleus is impotent because it holds the DNA
Plant and Animal Ribosome
Ribosome~ The Ribosomes follow the nuclues.
Plant and Animal Mitochondria
Mitochondria~ The mitochondria is found in both plant and animal cells. It produces ATP energy. it breaks down sugar and releases energy.
Plant and Animal Vacuole
Vacuole~The vacuole is in both plant and animal cells. It stores waste products food and water. Its like the storage warehouse.
Plant and animal Golgi Body
Golgi Body~ The Golgi body is found in both plant and animal cells. it groups liquids and proteins it woks as a packing plant.
Lysosome~ The lysosome is found in the animal cell. It breaks down waste to clean up the cell. its like a recycling station.
1) All living things are composed of cells
2)Cells are the basic unit of life
3)All existing things come from pre-existing cells
