The Europeans brought diseases such as yellow fever, malaria, whooping cough, common cold, chicken poxes, meseales, and influenza are some are the most known diseases that the new world was given.

Church of England
What is the Church of England, Puritans, the Pilgrims, and their journey.
The Pilgrims wanted to practice a different religion besides the Church of England, the topic of going to the new world to practice their religion appeared. They sailed off to the new world, being blown off course and ended up in Massuchetts. The Puritans came into the picture after this, you'd probably remember them by the Salem Witch Trials they committed.
Jamestown, Mayflower Compact, and the Great Awakening
The Mayflower Compact was the first document created by the Plymouth Colony, stating that the people (known as the Pilgrims) would be watching over themselves, most of the document containing many statement reffering so.
The Great Awakening happened in between the 1720s and the 40s. The Great Awakening consisted of an evangelical and revitalization movement that carried from Europe to the developing America, leaving a permanent influence on American Protestantism.
