With hydration being such a vital part of our lives you may be wondering how do you stay hydrated throughout the day? Well its really quite simple. There are so many ways to rehydrate. You can drink a glass of water, a bottle of Gatorade, or even eat a slice of watermelon. The options are almost endless.
There are many ways to stay hydrated. A few key ones are listed above. Other options include oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, sports drinks, and things that include electrolytes. Electrolytes are things like salts and potassium that help you stay hydrated by pushing water throughout the body, replenishing muscles with vital nutrients, and an array of other things.
