New Student Enrollment & E-Registration Support
We are excited to welcome all of our newcomers to Monett. If you know of a new family in town, please share the information below.
If you need assistance with E-Registration, please stop by as well. We will have laptops set out to help families with E-Registration.

Care Mobile - Immunizations & Sports Physicals
The Care Mobile will be available at the following locations in August:
- Aug 3: New Student Enrollment - Sports Physicals
- Aug 4: New Student Enrollment - Immunizations PK-12
- Aug 17: MES Open House - Immunizations PK-K
- Aug 19: MMS Open House - The Care Mobile will start early from 10:00 am-3:00 pm for sports physicals and 3:00-7:00 PM for immunizations at MMS (PK-12)
- If you plan on using the Care Mobile services, please complete this form prior to your visit: Care Mobile Authorization Form
- If your student is getting a physical, please complete the MSHAA Physical form and the MSHAA Pre-Participation Documentation Annual Requirements form.
MHS Schedule and Device Pick Up
- Aug 4: Seniors - 8:00-4:00 pm
- Aug: 5 Juniors - 8:00-4:00 pm
- Aug 6: Sophomores - 8:00-4:00 pm
- Aug 9: Freshmen Orientation and schedule pick up 6:00-8:00 pm
MMS Schedule Pick Up
Curbside Schedule Pick Up for the 21-22 school year has been adjusted to ensure that all families have their student's schedule for our Open House on Thursday, August 19, from 6:00-7:30pm.
The updated times are:
Friday, August 13, 2021 - 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Monday, August 16, 2021 - 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Device Insurance Guide
Any student attending the district is eligible for the use of a district-owned device. The non-refundable insurance premium must be paid in full prior to a student being eligible to take a device off of district property. Apple Bus - School Transportation
To better serve our students, we have made changes to the bus routes for the new school year. Transportation services and information will be available at the following events:
- Aug. 2-6 New Student Enrollment @ Scott Tech
- Aug. 17th MES Open House
- Aug. 19th MMS Open House
