Proctor Elementary Honoring those who have served!

Wednesday, November 11th is Veterans Day! No school this day!

Veterans Day pays tribute to all of our American Veterans— it's a day to allow us to pause, and give thanks and honor our living veterans who have honorably served our country.

As in past years, our school community continues to honor these Veterans. Though we cannot come together to honor them in person, this year we will honor them in other ways...

Does your family have a special relative or friend that has served or is currently serving? Make a poster or a picture to honor them, and take a picture of it and upload it to the folder below by November 12th.

We will be put together a video presentation to honor our veterans that will be included in next week Smore!

Response to Intervention (RTI) Instructional Aides Needed!

Proctor has been short staffed this school year with finding additional staffing to support students in our Response to Intervention Program. If you love working with kids, and want to help support them with becoming better readers, and in need of a part-time job, look no further!!

Proctor is looking to hire 2 instructional aides willing to work approximately 12 hours a week (virtually and eventually in-person) with students who need additional help with their reading skills. We are willing to invest and train you!

If you are interested, please use this link to apply:

Proctor Partner of the Month!

Starting November, we will be partnering with a local business/restaurant each month as a fundraising event. For November, we are partnering with Rachael Marion's Pies. Orders can be placed through the link below. 100% of the proceeds will be donated right back to the PTA. Rachael is a Proctor parent, a dedicated school volunteer, and makes AMAZING tasting pies!! What a yummy way to raise money for our school, plus support a local family owned business!
