Mr. B's Bright Lights
Your support is the best gift we can ever receive!
Have Holiday Fun Next Week with Dress Up Days
Next week you can enjoy the spirit of the season at the Primary school by participating in the Holiday Spirit Week! You can join in every day or make it a couple of awesome days where you wear your favorite clothing articles for this time of year. Mr. B will be giving it his best each day too!
All it takes is a little snow
4K recess is the place to be following a brief flutter of large snowflakes, These are pics of the children having a terrific time with just enough snow to make it work.
She is a master at the snow angel
Look closely for the miniature snowman
Here is how I started my snowman
The latest from Makerspace
Here are our 5K students from Mrs. Shaffer's class designing and building gingerbread boy boats so that he can sail across the river to run away.
Box Tops Champs!
At our assemblies we recognize the children and class that has donated the most box tops during a period of time. Mrs. Leuneburg's class took home the month and the trimester trophy! Thanks to all for your continued support of the program.
Grade 1 writers giving Santa a heads-up
Here are 3 examples of first graders writing to the Jolly Old Elf. If and when you come to school, please take a moment to enjoy the students' writing that is displayed by our teachers. You can find examples all over the school.
So honest, Santa has to come through for her.
Just a short list.
Classic requests, puppy and dollhouse
Shout out to Mr. Boucher and our Vocal Children.
I know that many of you had a terrific time at the annual Christmas Concert held this past Monday. Mr. Boucher shared his magical touch with the children and created a great night of fun and song. The 12 Days of Christmas certainly got my heart jumping. "5 Golden Rings" was the best.
Our Yearbook back cover contest
Each year we ask the children to participate in drawing the back cover of the annual yearbook. We had 18 entries this year and the staff voted for their favorite. Maddie Clark's illustration took home the honors. We will display all of the entries near our cafeteria. Thanks for all of the entrants for giving it a try.
Mike Budisch
Our PTO is always working at making our school a wonderful place to learn and grow. Here is a pic of the decorations in our lounge. I overheard teachers remark about how they appreciate these kinds of efforts by our parents. Thanks so much, Mike
