We Love West Carrollton Schools!

WE NEED YOUR HELP to protect and preserve the educational options for all of the 3,911 students.

  • 5.5 for 3,911 on Tuesday, March 15 we will be on the ballot. This is a revenue issue - not an expenditure issue.
  • We spend significantly more General Fund dollars on instruction and significantly less on administration than the state average.
  • The cost of operating our schools and our expenditure per equivalent student is less than the state average.
  • Our food service department is one of a handful in Ohio that are 100% self-sufficient.
  • Cost of the levy on a home valued at $100,000 is $16.04/month.

If you have any questions of need more information please contact Superintendent Rusty Clifford at 937-859-5121, Ext. 1118.

Nicholas students continue to lead by serving others!

Frank Nicholas students will begin the Pennies for Patients fundraiser on February 1st through February 19th. Your child will be collecting money to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and their efforts to find cures for blood cancer patients. Each student should have received their own coin box for collecting change, dollars, and checks (made out to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). Each class will keep track of how much they collect and the top class will receive their very own pizza party! Help your child collect change to save lives. If you would like more information on how you could help contact the main office at 937 - 859 - 5121.

Tutoring, Mentoring and Test Preparation!

The West Carrollton National Honors Society, Frank Nicholas and Miami Shores Baptist Church have partnered to offer afterschool tutoring to Nicholas students. The sessions will be held at Miami Shores Baptist Church (next door to Nicholas) on Wednesdays beginning February 17th through May 18th. Sessions will run from 5:30 to 7:00pm. Each session will include both math and literacy instruction and a light snack. Additional social and mentoring activities will be available as well. Parents are encouraged and welcome to attend. For more information or permission slips, contact the main office at 937- 859 - 5121.
