COVID Reporting
If you are an employee who does not have work on Wednesdays and would like to be considered for Wednesday work, please complete this form. If you are a Bus Driver or Bus Aide, David Wilson has a separate list at the Transportation Department.
If you have new symptoms or become aware that you have been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to work. You should enter your absence into AESOP or the portal and call in for a substitute if you normally get a sub. Please make sure you email your direct supervisor as well as Jen Hecktor and Pam Glidewell in the Human Resources Department. You should consult a healthcare provider who will advise you on next steps. Once you submit documentation from your healthcare provider (proof of a test, or results of a test) your sick leave will be changed to COVID-19 leave. Each employee is covered under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act until December 31, 2020. This Act is to protect employees who are quarantined, seeking a diagnosis for new, COVID-related symptoms, or who have tested positive for the virus.
Academic Integrity Pledge
Ensuring academic integrity is a concern for all educators, regardless of how students complete their learning. Unique challenges are presented, though, when students use devices to complete some or all of their learning. During this unprecedented time, we see an opportunity to talk with students about integrity and taking ownership of their learning using the same language across the District.
We have created an Integrity Pledge for you to use with your students whether they are in-person or virtual. This is an excellent time to share with students our belief in their abilities, the high expectations we have of them, and our goal to guide them on their educational journeys and to help them to become principled inquirers and independent learners.
You can use this form as a paper document that is signed and returned, or you can use the Google Form we have created for you.
Communications Reminder
Administrators - When texting your parents, please identify your school in the text so parents with multiple children know what school they are receiving the notification from.
